Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product (food item), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for safety and quality reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will gladly make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us here with the following:

We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Cancellations
We can cancel orders only if the request is made before the order ships. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
